Dr. Onkar Manjrekar 

Onkar Manjrekar is a principal research scientist at AbbVie specializing in drug substance development with a focus on continuous processes from lab to cGMP scale-ups.

Manjrekar has expertly managed scale-ups from early-stage human trials to commercial qualifications and also led process safety labs and continuous hydrogenation development. His experience covers drug linker synthesis, antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) process development, crystallization, and extraction setups.

Manjrekar holds a PhD and a master’s in energy, environmental and chemical engineering and a master's degree in energy, environmental and chemical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis in the U.S.
